They called to schedule an appointment that same day, which I was not expecting since the Viking folks said it would be in the next 48-72 hours.

"Rory and his young apprentice showed up right on time. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed the door issue within a few minutes and asked if there were any other problems with the other new appliances. They stayed almost an hour showing me features and tricks on the new appliances that I hadn't even thought to ask, including adjusting one of the elements on my gas range that I asked to have set a little lower.

"If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. These guys are honest as the day is long, super professional and exceedingly kind. I don't leave online reviews but I have had a 3-year long nightmare trying to get the leaking of my Miele fridge resolved by what was, until recently, the only Miele certified repair outfit in the Portland area.

"It was starting to ruin my hardwood floors and after already spending a good $2,000 he said there was a refrigerant leak that required opening up the whole system. Thank goodness I called Miele directly and was given the contact info of TNR. In one visit they figured out the (simple) problem and I haven't seen a drop of water since. They also refused to badmouth their competitors which I really appreciated (and believe me I was at my wit's end by then).

While they were here for my fridge I also asked about my downdraft which would get stuck in the "on" position and I was quoted $600 to fix it by the aforementioned company. That felt like a crazy price so I've been without it for 9 months. Today they came and fixed that too at 1/3 of the price. I was actually charged a bit less than initially quoted ... If you own any Miele appliances, celebrate the fact that there's FINALLY a trustworthy option available to you. Could not recommend it more highly."
